Welcome Baby Duncan!

Congratulations to Auntie Julia, Uncle Ben, and Cousin Griffin on the arrival of Duncan Caldwell Pucci!  He was born this morning, 7/15/11 at 7:49 am!  He weighs in at 8 lbs 11 oz and is 21 inches long!  Mason and I can't wait to get our hands on this cutie on Monday and spend the week with everyone!  He is so precious!  Welcome to the world Duncan!  We love you!

9 months!

Happy 2nd Birthday Darby!

Today is Darby's 2nd Birthday!  To celebrate, he had a very yummy (in his opinion) peanut butter and carrot cake!  Mommy even carved it into a bone shape for him!  I'd say he had a good day!  We love you, Darby!

Bookworm

Today Mason decided to absorb some computer networking knowledge from one of Daddy's books.  Hopefully he can give us all a few pointers in the near future.

Movin' and Shakin' (and fun with Darby)

Here are a few recent videos of Mason.  The first is of him crawling/scooting!  It is pretty close to a crawl, so I'd say that is only a matter of time!  Before anyone comments, yes I realize I am baiting my son with a computer mouse.  After all, he is going to be a techie like daddy, anyway (computer mouse, remotes, computers, keyboards, cell phones, you name it!)!  Also, Mason wanted me to add that he is sorry for his diaper showing.  His new PJ shorts are a bit big still!

Pull up!

Here is a video of Mason pulling up on my leg this morning!  He is getting there with pulling up on the couch.  Sometimes he crosses his legs which makes the task a bit difficult.  I think it is only a matter of time before we have a mobile baby!

Swimmin'

Mason enjoyed his first swim when we were home last week!  He had lots of fun!  I must say, his floatie is pretty cool as well!  We really liked it! Enjoy the video and pictures!  I am behind on posts, but will try to catch up eventually!

Experienced Napper

 Today Mason decided to show us the new and cool way to nap, sideways!  I think he got here in a mix of frustration and rolling (We have noticed he tends to move more in the crib the angrier he gets going down for nap.  The madder he is, the more tired he becomes, I guess!).  Luckily for Mommy, bedtime usually goes without a hitch, so not much movement is involved. :)  Below the nap pictures, you will also see the new way he takes his paci..chew toy!  There must be teeth in there somewhere!

Rollin'

Here is a video of Mason rolling tummy to back.  He has just mastered this in the past few days and usually does it in his crib when he is being impatient!  I think crawling may be coming sooner rather than later as well, since he has started pushing up with his feet and trying to scoot! Look out, here he comes! :)
