2 months!

Here are some highlights from Mason's two month photo shoot today!  He is so much fun now!  He likes to talk to us and just loves to look around and take the world in.  His favorite thing to look at is our Christmas tree.  In fact, on Saturday we came downstairs and were going out to run some errands, so I did not turn on the tree.  He looked over at the unlit tree and instantly started crying!  I had to promise to turn it on as SOON as we got home.  Anyway, here are the pictures! Enjoy!

No idea what was happening in this one..he wasn't even falling just decided to act like it I guess..it cracked me up!

P.S.  Isn't it a shame that our son NEVER smiles?  :)

Big Boy!

Mason is 8 weeks old today and had his 2 month appointment!  He weighed in at 11 lbs 3 oz and measured 23 inches long (which seems HUGE to us..when we look at him he seems so BIG!).  He got his first three shots, which he took very well I must say and so far so good tonight with the fussiness.  I haven't taken his official 2 month photos yet (I will next week), but I took some very cute pictures of him yesterday that I will share.  He is quite the talker and smiler.  He loves to interact with us, which is very exciting!  Enjoy our silly little (BIG to us) man!
Thinking of doing something mischievous..

Happy baby!

Mommy's favorite..even though I started to fall over I'm still happy!

Visit with Daddy's Family

As I said in my last post, Daddy's Family has joined us for this week to visit with Mason (and the rest of us too! :) ) Here are some pictures from the first part of their visit (they are with us until Sunday, so I am sure I will have more to add later!)
 Grandma, Grandpa, and Mason
I am very cozy with Grandma!
 This time Darby jumped in!
He is having a fun weekend with Grandpa.
Grandma was very happy to finally meet me!
As you can tell from all of the nice pictures! :)
I am happy to see them too!
Auntie likes to cuddle me too!
And talk to me when I spit out my paci!
Darby thought he needed to be entertaining in this photo.
Daddy, Auntie, and me after our Veteran's Day supper at Uno's!
 Posing with Grandma and Grandpa.
Grandpa finally held me by himself!
Auntie let me almost cover her face!

Visit with Mommy's Family

This past weekend we got to visit with Gama, Auntie Julia, and Griffin. Mason was very excited to meet his family, and we had a great time!  Here are some pictures from our visit!
Er-bic (as Griff calls him) showing Griffin some El-MO on the laptop to make him feel better. After this, Griffin walked up to our laptops all weekend and pointed to them asking for Elmo.  He is a very smart cousin! :)
Griffin playing his pan and spoons during Beatles Rockband.
Auntie Julia rocked out to the guitar...and Gama found blankie to cover the loud pan she found!
Griff did get a chance at the REAL drums also.
Griff giving Mason kisses.  He was very gentle with his baby cousin all weekend and got very concerned when he would get upset.
 Giving Mason hugs.
 Gama with her grandsons. :)
 Gama with Mason.
Auntie Julia with Mason.

I think Gama has a few more pictures she needs to send, and when she does I will add some of those.  Daddy's family is visiting us this week so we will have lots more pictures to add very soon!

One Month Photo Shoot

Here are a few highlights from the one month photo shoot I had with Mason today!
 Admiring the light..I guess?
 He is happy here..not crying!
This is my favorite...not sure why he loves to use his one hand so much..Gama says he will be a priest or someone who encourages "Power to the People!" Daddy thinks it is the fist pump from Jersey Shore..who knows!
 O-face!
 Looking at brother
 Loving the bouncy seat
Funny face!
